Location: Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya or Uganda Contract:Fixed term contract 2 years (renewable) Salary: Local Terms and Conditions apply About the role Regional Safety and Security Officer, East Africa Sightsavers are actively looking to recruit a Regional Security Officer (RSO), East Africa to join their security team. Reporting to the Head of Security – Africa Operations, this position will be responsible for overall operational management for Sightsavers in Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda. Therefore the role is available in either Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya or Uganda. Responsibilities of the RSO but not limited to: In collaboration with country directors and security focal points (SFPs) the RSO will manage security risks in countries of operation. Responsible for all aspects of security management at a regional level.
